Typically there is another, more positive perspective, we could apply to all situations we face in life and if not, we should switch our thinking to a more positive topic.

This may seem like burying our heads in the sand when it comes to negative issues, but we need to consider the value of allowing ourselves to become consumed by negativity.

There is none.

It's difficult to effectively deal with a negative issue when we're consumed with negativity ourselves.

We deal with all issues better if we feel better.
