Change is inevitable

We have two choices: we can either accept the change, or resist it and suffer the consequences.

Change provides us with many lessons and opportunities for growth.

The biggest and possibly most difficult lesson comes from having faith that it will all turn out fine.

Even though we might be pushed out of our comfort zone and required to do something in a different way, this doesn't mean that it's going to be worse than before.

The learning and growing that is available to you as a result of going through change, means that it might actually be better.
