Be flexible


Being inflexible with our ideas and behaviours can keep us stuck

What we're holding on to might not actually be the best thing to do in a given situation.

Someone else might have a better way of doing it.

Inflexibility will cause stress because life is going to provide us with unexpected situations and new concepts to deal with.

If we are unable to adapt and "go with the flow", we're likely to feel the negative effects.

Also, by being inflexible we might miss out on trying new things or finding out about new ways of doing things and thus miss the opportunities to grow as individuals.
