Happy or Unhappy Perspective
An unhappy person's perspective on the world is different to a happy person's.
Unhappy people tend to see negative rather than positive attributes, characteristics and behaviours in others.
Unhappy people allow themselves to be affected by what others do, and unhappy people don't feel good about themselves.
On the contrary, happy people feel good about themselves and this makes it easier for them to be less affected by what others do.
Unhappy people think they'd be happy if 'X' didn't behave that way.
Happy people don't let the behaviour of 'X' affect them.
If you find you get affected by others, take a look at how you feel about yourself. |
