Happy in good weather
For a lot of us our happiness can be impacted by the weather.
If we wake up and the day is sunny we feel better than if the day is raining.
If we enjoyed the activities associated with being inside as much as the activities associated with being outside, the weather wouldn't have such an impact on our happiness.
While it's certainly healthy to get some fresh air and exercise this can be accomplished no matter what the weather - we just might get a bit wet some days.
We can't control the weather so we should try to ensure our happiness isn't dependent on it. |
