Gratitude Many people have endured hardship and suffered as a result of war and hard times.
When it feels like we are having a hard day or going through a difficult patch, we can put it in perspective by thinking about what others have gone through before us.
It's important that we don't become consumed by the hard times suffered by others as we can't change the past nor can we can live other people's lives for them, but feeling bad in the moment is unhelpful to us.
Feeling grateful for what we have puts us in the spirit of abundance - which is beneficial for all. |
