Stress is outdated


There's a saying that if we eliminate all stress in our life we'd be dead.

Some people believe this to be true and therefore accept ongoing levels of stress within themselves.

The stress response was designed to save our life in the face of immediate threat, not to be present within us every day.

Perhaps then we could say that it's important that we have stimulation in our life, rather than stress.

The things that stimulate us should be within our ability to cope, because it's when we think we can't cope, that we feel stressed.

So don't accept stress, accept healthy levels of stimulation instead.
