Your views of others mirror your views of yourself
The way we view the world is representative of the way we view ourselves.
There are things about ourselves that we like and things we think could be improved.
Because we are aware of these traits in ourselves, these are the traits we notice in others.
Think about it for yourself.
Think of all the people you greatly admire, and the specific reasons why. These will be the things you admire in yourself.
Similarly, the traits you dislike in others represent those you dislike in yourself. Therefore the way we see the people around us, are mirrors of ourselves.
