Thinking too much


It is possible to think too much.

We can find ourselves thinking about whats going to happen, or what has happened, or why someone did or said something, or what others might think etc.

This sort of thinking can be habitual for some people, as theyre used to having an overactive mind. Its important to take note of your thinking patterns and decide whether they bring you happiness.

As yourself what value you get from all the thinking you do, and how much gets resolved by your thinking?

The only things we need to think about is what we're doing right now, no matter how unexciting you think it is.
